This scheme will see 34 new Council homes delivered. There will be a mix of 1,2,3 and 4 bed homes that are being built to a high standard of energy efficiency. The homes will include air source heat pumps and solar panels.

All major utility diversion works plus the road closure are expected to complete by the first week in July. The first phase of new homes is going very well. Expected first handovers in early 2027 with a whole scheme completion later in the summer.

Work started on site in September 2025. Currently the major Utility Diversions (Electric, Gas and Water) are in progress. Work on the new homes is also now well underway, with the site being split into 2 phases due to the above-mentioned Utility Diversion works. There are 34 new homes being delivered at Isledane, with the first hand overs currently programmed for early 2027. The whole scheme is set for completion in the summer of 2027.
