This scheme will see 99 new Council homes delivered. There will be a mix of 1,2,3 and 4 bed homes that are being built to a high standard of energy efficiency. The homes will include air source heat pumps and solar panels. The scheme will also see new public green space delivered for the enjoyment of local residents.

To date 40 new homes have handed over to HCC. Throughout June and July there are several phases of handovers that will take the number of new homes completed and handed over to HCC to 70. The whole scheme is expected to complete in early 2027.

To date there have been 34 new homes handed over. From mid – June to early July the plan is to take a total of 18 new homes, which will bring the total handed over to 52 or over 50% of the 99 new homes being delivered on this scheme

To date there have been 28 new homes handed over, with another 6 to handover on Thursday 21st May. In June, the plan is to take a total of 17 new homes, which will bring the total handed over to 51 or over 50% of the 99 new homes being delivered on this scheme
