A quiz night to benefit the Lord Mayor’s Charity Appeal Fund is to be held at The Guildhall on Tuesday 12 March.
The 30th annual staging of the event will see teams compete for the Trevor Stark Memorial Trophy.
Paul Towse will serve as quiz master for the always-popular event.
Tickets are £10 per person, which includes a meal of pie, peas and chips, with a vegetarian option available.
The event starts at 7:30pm prompt.
The Lord Mayor of Kingston upon Hull, Councillor Kalvin Neal, said: “This is a fun event, which brings people together to raise money for good causes.
“Hull has historically produced some very clever people, so I think we’ll have some competitive teams on the night – though I’m hoping the questions won’t be too hard!”
All proceeds will go to the Lord Mayor’s chosen charities for 2023/24, which are Dove House Hospice and Hull4Heroes.
There is a maximum of 6 people per team, and tickets must be pre-booked via the Civic Office on 01482 615 093 or contact via email civic.office@hullcc.gov.uk
There is limited availability, and entries are on a first come, first served basis.
