This weekend sees the first matches lit on vast bonfires and elaborate firework displays across the region. Back for its 12th year, the festival brings household names such as Romesh Ranganathan, Alexander Armstrong and John Culshaw to the city. But Hull’s incredible local talent of Jack Gleadow and Lucy Beaumont will not be overshadowed. Jack brings his Edinburgh show to Hull Truck on Friday night. Get tickets for the event here.
