Work has now commenced on site, on Keepmoat’s final phase to build more homes at Kingfields Park development in Kingswood. The site will eventually deliver 114 new open market homes.
The latest phase of the regeneration scheme represents a significant investment from the housebuilder, and the importance of this partnership with Hull City Council as part of the Citywide Development Programme.
