Hull City Council has appointed a contractor to carry out the demolition of Henson Villas following a competitive tender process, with works expected to begin on site next week.
The site, located opposite Pearson Park, comprises three two-storey blocks containing 24 flats.

A Decision Record has now been signed to appoint a contractor for the demolition of Henson Villas. The contractor will therefore be appointed, and further updates will be provided once the Council has more to share on when the demolition activity will start.
