Storm Ciara has eased off in the Hull area, with no new flood warnings reported overnight.
Warnings in Kingswood are no longer in force, with River Hull levels not expected to return to the same levels as Monday. Coastguard teams reporting no overtopping in the area.
The majority of the coastal flood warnings are expected to be lifted as the risk drops off, although the warning at Hornsea will remain.
The Environment Agency is continuing to monitor the situation, with Yorkshire Water using large pumps to manage rising water levels at Holderness Drain.
The Humber Bridge was still closed to high-sides vehicles on Tuesday morning.

Tower Street and Citadel Way in Hull both have an emergency road closure in place due to the adverse weather conditions and high winds caused by Storm Ciara.
The emergency closure will remain in place due to falling debris causing danger to the public.
Weather is expected to be unsettled, though not extreme, over the coming days.
But Storm Dennis is expected to bring very strong winds and potential for disruption to parts of Yorkshire and the Humber on Saturday.
Andy Burton, assistant director of Streetscene at Hull City Council, said: “After speaking to our partners at the Environment Agency, Humberside Police and Humberside Fire and Rescue Service, I am pleased to report a much-improved situation today.
“But we will continue to monitor the situation closely over the weekend.
“I want to thank our partners for their work over the past few days to keep disruption across the Hull and Humber region to a minimum.”
