Have you been asked to take part in our annual Tenant Satisfaction Survey?
Each year we randomly select 1 in 5 tenants from across the whole city and send them a questionnaire by email, text, or post. It asks questions to find out how satisfied tenants are with their home and with Hull City Council’s housing services.
Everyone who completes the questionnaire is entered into a prize draw and the lucky winner gets £250.
The survey includes questions set by the national Regulator of Social Housing, a government body that measures the performance of all social landlords, so the more responses we get, the more accurate the results will be.
All responses are vital to us because they show us where we need to improve as well as the things tenants feel we’re doing well.
