Regular farmers markets are set to return to the city centre next week as Trinity Square be filled with various stalls.
Next Friday (10 April), the new market will open, with stallholders providing a variety of locally made produce from small independent businesses. This month’s market will also include family entertainment and free Easter eggs (while stocks last).
The market, managed by ‘Little Hummingbird Events’ with support for Hull City Council, will then continue to take place in the square every second Friday of the month.
Kath Wynne-Hague, head of culture, place and city centre said: “It is fantastic to see a farmers market back in Hull city centre.
“We want Hull to be a place where local businesses can flourish and where visitors can enjoy a unique, high-quality experience every time they visit.”
Hull city centre Farmers Market returns from next Friday (10 April) and is open 10am – 3pm.
