The Trevor Stark Memorial Trophy will once again be up for grabs when an annual quiz night to benefit the Lord Mayor’s Charity Appeal Fund is staged at the Guildhall next month.
Teams will come together on Tuesday 3 March 2026 to compete for the cup during the 32nd occasion of the event.
Paul Towse will be the quiz master, with the fun getting underway at 7:30pm.
Entries are available on a first come first served basis for the popular event, where teams can be comprised of a maximum of 6 contestants.
The Lord Mayor, Councillor Cheryl Payne, said: “I’m so pleased that we’re able to stage this eagerly anticipated event once again.
“Hull has produced some brainy people over the years, so I’m expecting the standard of knowledge to be pretty high.
“I’m sure it will be a very fun occasion, where we’ll also raise some money for some great causes.”
The Lord Mayor’s Charity Appeal Fund is benefitting STAND and One Punch Hull & East Yorkshire during the 2025/26 civic year.
Tickets are £15 per person, which includes a meal of pie, chips and peas, with a vegetarian option available.
Tickets must be pre-booked via the Civic Office on 01482 615 093 or email civic.office@hullcc.gov.uk.
