Polls are now open across Hull and East Yorkshire

Polls now open for the Hull and East Yorkshire Combined Authority Mayoral election 2025

Residents in Hull and East Yorkshire can now vote in the Hull and East Yorkshire Combined Authority Mayoral election as polls open.

Polling stations are open until 10pm today (Thursday 1 May) and voters will be required to bring a valid form of photographic ID or a Voter Authority Certificate in order to cast their vote. Valid forms of ID can be found here.

The count of the local election will take place tomorrow (Friday 2 May) at Hull’s Guildhall and East Riding Leisure Haltemprice. Results will be declared at Haltemprice.
