The postholder will help to develop the council’s youth enterprise and micro business programs to meet the needs of people who want to start a business. They will also consult and represent the views of start-ups at programme related meetings.
Compliments, Complaints & Information Coordinator

We are looking to recruit a someone to resolve issues and learn from complaints raised about our Childrens Social Care and Education and Skills services.
You will liaise with families and colleagues, external investigators and the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman to find resolutions to complaints made about services and practice.

We are looking for a person who is highly motivated, conscientious and an efficient individual who will work within a team of officers to ensure contract orders, invoices and queries are dealt with in a timely manner.
