Early Help Activity Coordinator – 2 Posts – Fixed Term

The candidate will help with the face-to-face delivery capacity across the Children’s Centre network. You wiil provide targeted support for those who have recently given birth during the Covid-19 period (0-2 years). 

This is a delivery-based role working to support new parents and carers to access a range of direct and peer support activities via group activity. This will involve predominantly children 0-2 years and their families as part of an integrated, multi-agency Early Help hub.

Central Team Administration Lead

Salary details: £22777 – £24948

Working within our procurement team, you will provide a central administration resource that will ensure effective and efficient ongoing management of systems, procedures, and processes to meet Council-wide requirements. 

The role will involve the maintaining and managing systems, procedures, and processes as well as the review, consolidation, and improvement of existing systems. 

Highway Development Control Officer

Salary details: £35411 – £38296

Closing date: 5 March 2023

This is a lead role in the assessment of transport infrastructure proposals and other highway impacts of planning applications, ensuring compliance with the relevant policies and technical standards.

The ability to encourage high-quality development to deliver an attractive environment in which to work, live, learn and visit is essential. The position also requires the ability to negotiate appropriate legal agreements in relation to new roads and access to ensure a high-quality highway network.

SEND Officer –2 Posts

Salary details: £35411 – £38296

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic SEND (Special educational Needs and Disability) Officer to join our team.

The SEND Assessment & Review Team is responsible for delivering and administering the Local Authority’s statutory duties regarding Education Health and Care assessments and plans for children and young people (age 0 -25).

Practice Management Officer

The role includes reviewing and drafting policies. This can be often in response to external drivers such as new legislation or government policy or regulatory activity.

We wish to appoint a of casual Residential Support Worker for our homes located across the city. The candidate will care and support children and young people who are unable to live within their own family home. 

You must be able to assist children with social, personal, physical care and implement Therapeutic Crisis Intervention and Restorative Practices within your daily practices.
