Lord Mayor, Councillor Lynn Petrini, will officially open the Christmas Tree Festival at 11am on 30 November.
Business and organisations have been invited by the Lord Mayor to take part in a charity Christmas Tree Festival.
It costs £10 to enter a tree, and people can sponsor a tree for £20. Funds raised are for the Lord Mayor’s Charity Appeal Fund, which this year benefits City of Hull Street Angels and Hull Help for Refugees.
Lord Mayor, Councillor Lynn Petrini, said:
“This is a great event to kick-start Christmas activities, spread some festive joy and raise money for fantastic charities at the same time.
“I’m looking forward to seeing all the trees and decorations on display!”
The festival runs from Tuesday 30th November to Sunday 12th December in Hull Minster.
