Head of SEND Service and Partnership

The role will involve leading an integrated approach to the delivery of SEND services, working collaboratively with social care and health colleagues and wider inclusion services to ensure that children and young people with SEND are valued and supported in all settings. Close working with Hull’s Learning Partnership of school leaders, which identifies inclusion as a first priority, will be essential.
Health Protection Lead Officer

This is a really exciting opportunity for an experienced public health practitioner to be the public health programme lead for the Health Protection programme area in Hull. This role leads the health protection programme area and includes outbreak response, vaccination, system assurance and broader leadership on place public health priorities.
Passenger Assistant

Passenger Transport at Hull City Council are recruiting Casual Passenger Assistants. You will be required to travel and supervise our clients to and from Local Authority educational establishments or adult day centres across the city.
Casual Passenger Assistants are required to work on an ‘as and when needed’ basis however due to increasing client numbers we have various routes and hours available at locations across the city. Working hours are generally arranged around school start and finish times but also around activities and specialist lessons throughout the day.

The role is a part-time and term-time opportunity working Monday to Friday. The successful applicant will work approximately 5 hours per week.
