The new Lord Mayor of Kingston upon Hull and Admiral of the Humber, Councillor Christine Randall, has been installed at a ceremony at the Guildhall today.
Councillor Christine Randall was elected at a Full Council meeting on Thursday 19 May, as Lord Mayor for the city for the 2022/2023 mayoral year.
The installation ceremony took place at 11am on Thursday 26 May in the council chamber at the Guildhall, where the current Lord Mayor, Councillor Lynn Petrini, handed over the chain to the new Lord Mayor.
The Lord Mayor’s Consort is Councillor Chris Randall.
The new Lord Mayor announced her chosen charities as the Charterhouse Hull and the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (REME) Benevolent Fund.
