The Lord Mayor’s Civic Service will take place at Hull Minster on Sunday 22 June.
Councillor Cheryl Payne extends an invitation to all to attend the annual event, which will begin at 2pm.
A civic procession, which will start at the Guildhall, will enter the church at 1.50pm, with the congregation asked to be seated in the Minster, below, by 1.45pm.

The Lord Mayor said: “This occasion is always one of the highlights of the civic year, where people from all areas of our community can come together.
“It’s an important ceremony for any Lord Mayor to be – as the Minster puts it – ‘Churched’ to begin their year in the historic role.
“I’m very honoured to have been selected as Lord Mayor, and it’s also a huge honour to have this event in such a stunning setting like Hull Minster.”
The Lord Mayor has put together the service with her chaplain for the year, Reverend Louisa Haynes – Superintendent Minister of Hull (Centre and West) Methodist Circuit – and Reverend Irene Wilson from Hull Minster.
Councillor Payne, below, was installed as the city’s 112th Lord Mayor at a ceremony last month, where she confirmed STAND and One Punch Hull & East Yorkshire as her chosen good causes for the Lord Mayor’s Charity Appeal Fund for 2025/26.
