Hull’s thriving Trinity Market is now open seven days a week.
The market in the Old Town will open every Sunday from 11.30am to 4pm starting this weekend.
The market reopened in 2017 following a £3m refurbishment.
Councillor Dave Craker, portfolio holder for culture and leisure, said: “Trinity Market continues to go from strength to strength.
“Credit has to be given to all of the market’s traders and businesses for creating such a unique and thriving atmosphere. The fact that the market is now going to be open seven days a week proves just how popular it has become.”
Last year, the market was shortlisted in the prestigious Great British High Street Awards.
During the summer, the market is staying open every Thursday night for Trinity Live.
From the people behind Hull’s huge Humber Street Sesh, Trinity Live is taking place every week in the run-up to the city’s much-loved annual summer music festival.
