As previously reported, Bandstand Roundabout will be closed this weekend for essential repair and resurfacing works as part of the Stoneferry improvement scheme.
The roundabout, at the junction of Stoneferry Road, Leads Road and West Carr Lane, will be closed from 7pm tonight (Friday 3 December) to 6am on Monday (6 December) to allow resurfacing work to take place.
Councillor Dean Kirk, portfolio holder for transportation, roads and highways said: “This work is a key part of the Stoneferry improvement scheme, with thousands of people using Bandstand Roundabout each day.”
