This magical and immersive outdoor event is the latest offering from Absolutely Cultured and takes place in East Park at 9.30pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday night. The brand-new outdoor performance has been commissioned for Hull and Wirral by Absolutely Cultured and Wirral Borough of Culture 2019. Get more details here.

This futuristic and interactive sci-fi exhibition features curious life-forms and strange landscapes created by nine artists. In their sculptures, paintings, sound-art, performance art and videos, every colour and sensation is heightened. The exhibition is as an offering to aliens who visit us in the future. This journey through the life of Hull rock legend Mick Ronson featured a live rock band, classical string quartet, film projection and storytelling. The line-up includes rock musicians who played with Mick Ronson and David Bowie, with Keith “Ched” Cheesman (The Rats), John Cambridge (The Rats and The Hype), John Bentley (Squeeze), alongside Kristian Eastwood, Bobby Joyce and Rachael Jarvis.
