Results of the Hull and East Yorkshire Mayoral Election

On Thursday 1 May residents voted on who would represent them as the Mayor of Hull and East Yorkshire.

The count took place on Friday 2 May at Haltemprice Leisure Centre and the Guildhall in Hull.

The declaration was made on Friday afternoon and below is the result:

Turnout: 135,703 ; 29.86 per cent

Rowan Halstead – Yorkshire Party – 4,372

Anne Handley – Conservative Party Candidate – 21,393

Kerry Harrison – Green Party – 5,049

Margaret Elaine Pinder – Labour and Co-operative Party – 18,568

Mike Ross – Liberal Democrats – 37,510

Eden Blyth, Councillor Paul West and Councillor Mark Ieronimo with the Moorsbus (M1) service at Hull Paragon Interchange
