It’s time to dust off the frying pan because today is National Pancake Day.
Traditionally known as Shrove Tuesday, it is the feast day before the start of Lent on Ash Wednesday.
It means today is the last day to use up all of the eggs and junk food before Lent – and the perfect way to do this is by making pancakes.
