Hull City Council has made the decision to close Osborne Street car park overnight.
The car park will now be open from 7am to 7.30pm Monday to Saturday, and 8.15am to 4.30pm on Sundays.
The changes come in today, Monday 19 July, following anti-social behaviour in the car park at night.
Four other car parks remain open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in the city centre; Tower Street, Francis Street, Trippett Street and Lowgate car park.
