Hull Music Service is inviting everyone in the city to Sing for Hull.
The project will see a performance of a well-known song posted on the Hull Music Service YouTube channel every Friday at 1.30pm.
The Hull Music Service, a lead partner for Hull Music Hub, wants to bring people together through song.
The performance will be accompanied by the newly formed Albemarle Broadband, made up of Hull Music Service teachers. They have worked virtually to bring together a special accompaniment for the project.
Over the coming weeks we would like everyone to #singforhull. Fridays: 1.30pm Live on our brand new YouTube channel – Hull Music Service. James Dickinson, head of Hull Music Service said: “We are developing lots of ways to support our students and schools.
“Singing is such a great thing for people to come together to do. For the first week we have chosen Eye of the Tiger and each day we will publish activity relating to the song for schools and families to take part in. This will all then build towards the performance each Friday.”
