Residents in Hull are invited to take part in the second Adult Social Care Annual Conversation with People.
If you want to learn more about adult social care, share feedback on your experience, and help shape care services – this event is for you.
This year’s event will take place at The Guildhall, on Thursday 4 December, from 11am to 2pm, and is open to all Hull residents. Refreshments will be provided throughout the day.
The 2025 Annual Conversation will take the form of a marketplace-style event, with teams from across adult social care hosting stalls, sharing information and giving people the opportunity to ask questions. You can meet staff members, learn more about the services available, and find out how people can access support for themselves or loved ones.
Councillor Linda Chambers, portfolio holder for adult services and Public Health, said: “This is your opportunity to speak directly with adult social care staff members and share your thoughts about local services. The Annual Conversation is designed to make it easy for residents to meet the teams, ask questions, and help Hull City Council understand how to continue to improve support across the city.”
The event is part of Hull City Council’s commitment to listening to residents and ensuring services reflect the needs and experiences of the people they support. By taking part, residents can help influence positive changes and contribute to how adult social care develops in the future.
