Strength in Hull Children’s Services recognised by Ofsted

The many strengths about the support provided to older children in the care of Hull City Council have been highlighted in a letter published today by the sector’s regulator.

Ofsted’s visit to the city in July focused on the services provided to children in care aged between 14 and 18.

The full letter can be found here.

Councillor Linda Tock, portfolio holder for children and family services, below, said: “This is testament to the hard work and dedication of the team.

“They are totally committed to ensuring improvement and that children, young people and families in this city have the quality of care and support to reach their potential.
