Taking place in the heart of Hull (Hull City Centre), this family-friendly event is renowned for being the region’s biggest LGBTQ and Pride event. The Pride Parade itself starts at 11am and acts and activities will follow on from this taking place in different areas of the city.

Hull New Theatre, 14 -19 July

Ready to thrill you with fun and naughty moments, Richard O’Brien’s legendary rock ‘n’ roll musical, The Rocky Horror Show returns to Hull as part of a new world tour.

Don’t stand around people, you’ve got places to be and much to see. Based on the much-loved Doris Day movie, this family-friendly new production stars the multi-award-winning West End actress and singer Carrie Hope Fletcher (Cinderella, Les Misérables). It has already had huge successes in Ireland and the UK since starting its tour in January 2025 and is coming to Hull for one week only.

Theatre Day for Neurodivergent Young People Summer 2025

Tuesday 29 July, 10am-3pm

Join us at Hull New Theatre for the day to take part in activities such as acting and drama, as well as the opportunity to have a go at arts and crafts. In a relaxed and calm environment, our supportive team will do our best to make your child’s day a summer to remember!

Create a Play in a Day Session at Route One Youth Centre

Thursday 31 July, 10am-4pm

Are you aged 11-16, live in Hull and eager to embrace your creativity and showcase your inner thespian? If you fit in this category, then this day will undoubtedly fulfill your utmost wishes. Funded by Healthy Holidays Hull, in partnership with Hull City Council, individuals will be able to learn key drama skills, help write a play and perform to an audience, whilst being able to take part in games and arts and crafts.
