Classic car event comes to Hull Museums

A collection of vintage and classic motor vehicles will come to the Hull Museums Quarter for a free family event this weekend.

The automobiles will be provided by the East Yorkshire Thoroughbred Car Club, and visitors can find out the history of the vehicles.

As well as admiring the cars, families can visit the Streetlife Museum to take part in classic car inspired activities. These will include modifying a car using craft materials and racing them down a track, with prizes on offer for the most creative and fastest cars.

Classic Car Day will be held this Saturday (24 May) from 11am to 3pm and is free to enter.
