We would like to introduce you to the wonderful Angie and Brian who have been fostering with Hull Fostering since 2014.
In the 9 years Angie and Brian have been fostering, they have cared for four young people, opening their home long term to one young person and even changed their holiday plans to allow another child to come abroad with them and feel part of their family at short notice.
Their fostering social worker Susanne said; “It has been a real pleasure to work with Angie and Brian over the years and to see how they have grown with their young man. They are very committed and more recently have felt in a position to support other young people and therefore have opened their home to additional children.
“They are brilliant inclusive carers who do not shy away from working with children’s families and supporting them with transitioning children back into the care of their parents.
“They have gone above and beyond in forming relationships with parents to enhance their understanding of the children in their care. They are open and nurturing people who always see the best in the children they care for. I couldn’t ask any more of them.”
