Still time to register your place at Employment Hub’s recruitment drive

Places remain available for next month’s recruitment drive hosted by Hull City Council’s Employment Hub.

The Recruitment Event will be held at Hull’s Guildhall and is completely free to members of the public looking for work or seeking alternative job opportunities.

It will allow potential candidates to meet employers which will be showcasing a range of jobs in the region, spanning various sectors.

Businesses confirmed in attendance include Humberside Police, ResQ, Tesco, CHCP (NHS) and Cranswick, as well as the Army.

Opportunities are not just limited to full-time roles, with part-time and temporary contracts also available, as well as shift work and volunteering.

The Recruitment Event is aimed at reducing unemployment in Hull as well as assisting the city’s care leavers into new and better opportunities and will build on the success of February’s event alongside Siemens Gamesa which welcome over 1,000 potential candidates.

It will take place from 9:30am to 2:30pm on Thursday 19th October in The Guildhall.

Prospective candidates can register their place here, whilst businesses interested in hosting a stand can do so by calling 01482 616623.
