People are invited to have their say on transport issues in Hull at a drop-in session this week.
On Friday 30 July a bus will be placed in the heart of the city centre, in King Edward Square.
It will open from 9am – 4pm for people to drop-in, chat to council officers about transport issues, and fill in a survey related to transport and travel issues in Hull.
Councillor Dean Kirk, portfolio holder for transportation, roads and highways, said: “Now is the chance to have your say on how future transport strategies are developed.
“We want people who live, visit and travel around the city to share their views on how we develop plans to implement a more sustainable and accessible transport system for everyone, and the feedback you provide in this survey is absolutely critical to this.
“As part of the survey, we want to know about issues on local roads, how you travel, why you choose your preferred mode of transport and what, if anything, would make you change the way that you travel.”
The survey is the first of a series of consultations that will be issued over the next few months asking for the public’s opinion on transport plans in Hull.
