Hull city centre is preparing to explore 13.8 billion years of history as About Us – part of UNBOXED: Creativity in the UK – rolls into town this weekend.
The free open-air event combines live performances and multimedia installations to celebrate the entire history of the universe, from Big Bang to the present day.
Every night for a week, About Us will transform Queen Victoria Square into a vast canvas combining live projection-mapped animation with poetry, music, and beautiful live choral singing from Hull’s very own Freedom Chorus.
