Do you recognise this man suspected of dumping waste in Hull?
Hull City Council is calling on the public to help identify the man over waste seen dumped in West Parade.
Watch CCTV footage of the incident, below, which shows the offender kicking an electrical kitchen appliance next to a bin.
The incident took place on Monday 21 January at 9.40am.
Anyone with any information that might help to identify the offender should call 01482 300 300, quoting reference number 361548.
Councillor Anita Harrison, portfolio holder for Streetscene, said: “By taking a tough stance on enforcement we can deter any potential offenders, and we encourage members of the public not to shrink from reporting any perpetrators they see. We will prosecute, and when convicted we will name and shame in the hope that we can stamp out this anti-social behaviour.”
