Creative Voice Youth Arts Festival returns for 2023

Young people aged between 11 and 19 years old can get involved in a mix of creative performances, discussions, workshops and exhibitions issues during this year’s Creative Voice Youth Festival.

Running Friday 3 – Saturday 4 November from 12noon – 9pm both days in the Princes Quay ground floor event space, Creative Voice Youth Arts Festival 2023 will invite young people to get involved in various free activities.

Creative Voice is a youth arts initiative led by Hull City Council Arts Development and Youth Development Service. The teams work in partnership with Artlink and Hull Dance, who are supporting dance elements of the festival, with their Move Together programme. This is supported by the Smile Foundation I AM Fund and Youth Arts Takeover.

Councillor Rob Pritchard, portfolio holder for culture and leisure, said: “The Creative Voice Youth Arts Festival gives young people a chance to see how they can access a range of arts in Hull, whilst showcasing some of our fantastic local talent across the industry.

“The council works hard to support this talent, offering opportunities far and wide for Hull’s young people to be part of.”
