Coroners Support Officer
Salary details: £24702 – £26873

We are looking for applicants with experience or working in a busy office environment, using multiple IT packages for varying purposes to join our team and provide administrative support to the HM Senior and Area Coroner.
In this role you will be the first point of contact for bereaved families, professional witnesses and outside agencies that contact or attend the Coroner Courts. You will support the HM Coroner, families, interested parties, witnesses and jurors when attending court.
Senior Parking Enforcement Officer

We are looking to recruit a Senior Parking Officer to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team involved in discharging the City Council’s functions and commitments in relation to managing the Highway Network and improving local environmental quality.
Investigating civil parking offences, offences relating to the highways and to tackle anti-social behaviour and to undertake enforcement action against perpetrators within parking, environmental, highways and anti-social behaviour legislation and/or other appropriate powers.

The successful applicant will lead and manage a team of grounds maintenance staff to deliver effective grounds maintenance activities, including the City Centre, parks, open spaces and maintaining a flexible response to meet operational requirements.
You will be directly responsible for productivity delivered by a team of up to 8 front line staff and managing performance on a day to day basis, ensuring effective delivery of an environmental grounds maintenance service. Decision making is an integral part of this role.
Resident Engagement Strategy Manager

We are looking to recruit a Resident Engagement Manager within Neighbourhoods and Housing.
The introduction of major legislative changes in the Housing Sector, specifically the Building Safety Act 2022 and Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2023, has brought the opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated role to produce and maintain resident engagement strategies that are unique to each of Hull City Council’s Higher Risk Residential Buildings (HRRBs).
This challenging role will work closely with the Tenant Participation Team, High Rise Team and the Programme Manager (Building Safety). You will identify and review the demographic and needs of residents within each HRRB and develop strategies to ensure all residents aged 16+ are listened to and can access all of the information they need.

We are looking to recruit an Early Help Administrator at the Lemon Tree Family Hub for 37 hours a week.
This role will be to perform reception duties and provide administrative support to the Early Help Teams across a locality area. You will be responsible for sharing information about Family Hubs, using Social media and Marketing platforms to ensure that support reaches the local community. Experience of office procedures, I.T. systems including data inputting with accuracy is required.

Team Coordinators provide business support to a multi-disciplined children, young people and their families, Social Workers Team and are actively involved in day-to-day administrative and business support. Excellent organisational skills are required as is an ability to work under pressure and deal with conflicting demands whilst meeting deadlines.
