Summer edition of Hull CC News being delivered

The summer edition of Hull CC News is being delivered to all homes across the city from today.

It’s jam packed with six pages of events and What’s On listings running right through until early October, meaning plenty to keep you and your loved ones busy over the summer period.

There’s also an update on the transformation of Queen’s Gardens, interesting articles and features on infrastructure investments, and a look at the work of Hull’s Independent Visitors Service.

You’ll also read about ongoing work to improve neighbourhoods and the national Living Streets campaign, plus you can find out details about how you could become involved in fostering or adopting children.

Portfolio holder for Communications, Councillor Jack Haines, said: “Keeping in touch with local residents is really important to the Council.

“This latest edition of HullCC News has information on all kinds of things to do over the summer.

“It also has updates on the Council’s plan to invest in Hull’s infrastructure and the latest on the Council’s Love Your Neighbourhood scheme.”

Households in Hull will receive a copy of Hull CC News, but it’s also available at many other points across the city, including libraries, museums and customer service centres, as well as at Hull Paragon Interchange.
