Caught on Camera: Can you identify fly-tippers spotted on CCTV in Hull?

Hull City Council is once again asking for your help identifying people caught on camera dumping waste on the city’s streets.

The two fly-tipping incidents below both took place in west Hull this month and both were captured on CCTV.

Anyone with information can report it via our Caught On Camera page, or by calling 01482 300300 or emailing enviro.crime@hullcc.gov.uk, quoting the relevant reference number.


Exmouth Street (Reference no: 439619)

On 5 December 2022, three individuals were seen heading from Manvers Street and fly-tipping household waste on Exmouth Street, west Hull.


Wellsted Street (Reference 439849)

On 10 December 2022, a man and a woman were captured fly-tipping household waste on Wellsted Street, west Hull.


Councillor Julia Conner, Portfolio Holder for Environment, said: “The council takes fly-tipping very seriously and we will not hesitate to take action against those responsible.

“Anyone with information can contact the council in confidence and help us stamp out this selfish, anti-social behaviour and clean up our neighbourhoods.”

Prosecution for fly-tipping can result in an unlimited fine, imprisonment or both.
