Capital Programme Manager – Two posts

Working alongside the Assistant Director, Head of Service and other senior managers within the department, the Capital Programme Manager will oversee the delivery of Hull’s strategically influential capital regeneration programme that is investing more than £400m within the city over the next five years. 

We are seeking candidates with excellent business acumen, robust programme and project management capabilities, and a strong strategic vision to work in partnership with our regeneration partners to drive forward inward investment and place-making opportunities through the development of sound business cases and the procurement and effective management of suitable technical professionals and contractors to translate the Council’s vision into reality.
