An exhibition of haunted objects is coming to Hull.
A Haunted Objects Museum features paintings that would send a shiver down the spine of the most ardent non-believers.
It will also display a shrunken head, a “devil’s toy box” and a creepy Victorian bridal doll which is said to give people nightmares and set off fire alarms.
The event will take place at New Walton Club in Walton Street, Hull, on Saturday 20 July from 8pm to midnight.

The bridal doll from the exhibition was featured on ITV’s This Morning two years ago, when owners Debbie and Cameron Merrick said they bought it from a second-hand shop for £5.
They told presenters that they soon noticed spooky goings-on in their home.
Mr Merrick claimed he had been scratched by the doll, its pearl necklace had come loose when it was packed away in the shed, and its arrival was followed by strange noises under their hotel room bed.
The Hands Resist Them and Sinister, two paintings on show at the Haunted Objects Museum.
The event will begin with members of the Ghosts Of Britain team explaining the stories of the objects that are said to be haunted.
Visitors will also witness a clairvoyance session with a psychic medium and a ghost communication session – which encourages spirits to talk directly to them.
Organiser Lee Steer said the exhibition is a rare chance to get a picture of haunted objects.
“We are contacted by people who ask us to help them out with items that they are having problems with,” he said.
The Bridal Doll is said to give people nightmares and set off fire alarms.
“Now we have brought the collection together and will be showcasing it around the country.
“This is the first kind of event like this. It is a chance for people to come along and take selfies with a number of haunted objects.”
