As Christmas fast approaches, we have a few things we need to remind you of so that you can keep yon top of your waste this year.
For one week only, the citys three Household Waste and Recycling Centres will be open on Wednesday 27 and Thursday 28 December to allow residents to dispose of any extra Christmas waste.
The centres will be closed on Monday 25 and Tuesday 26 December, and Monday 1 January (Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day).
Following the festive period the HWRCs will resume their normal opening hours of Friday Tuesday.
