A woman using a pram to fly-tip waste on two occasions has been caught on camera.
She is one of ten offenders who have been caught fly-tipping on CCTV over the past few months.
The culprits have been captured in the act across Hull’s streets, and Hull City Council needs your help in identifying them.
Councillor Anita Harrison, portfolio holder for Streetscene at Hull City Council, said: “This type of blatant disregard for the environment is incredibly irresponsible and we encourage members of the public to get in touch with us so we can prosecute offenders in a bid to stamp out this anti-social behaviour.
“There is no excuse for this, as all our services are fully operational, including the household waste and recycling centres, bulky item collections and kerbside collections.
“I would also like to say a huge thank you to those that are getting in touch and sharing details, as this has already led to a number of successful enforcement actions.”

On Monday 9 November, a woman was caught using a pram to fly-tip waste on two separate occasions in Wheeler Street. Anyone who recognises her should contact the council, quoting reference 400863.
On Wednesday 21 October a man was captured fly-tipping a mattress on the playing fields adjacent to Wellsted Street and Constable Street. Anyone with information should contact the council and quote reference 400091.
On Wednesday 14 October, a woman was caught dumping bagged waste at the junction of Melwood Grove and Southcoates Lane. Anyone who can identify her should contact the council and quote reference 400110.
On Sunday 8 October a man and woman walking from Granville Street fly-tipped bagged household waste on land adjacent to Walliker Street, Hull. Anyone with any information to help identify them should contact the council and quote reference 399658.
On Monday 22 June a man was caught dumping a bag of waste in Division Road. Anyone who recognises him should contact the council, quoting reference 391372.
A second man was also caught dumping waste at the same location in Division Road on Wednesday 24 June. Anyone with information to help identify this person should contact the council and quote reference 391388.
On Tuesday 16 June, a man was caught fly-tipping a large quantity of bagged waste on a public open space next to Rustenburg Street. Anyone with information to help identify this person should contact the council, quoting reference 390994.
And just a week later, a pair of young men were caught fly-tipping a sofa in broad daylight at the same location in Rustenburg Street near Coronation Avenue. The incident took place on Monday 22 June, and anyone who recognises them should contact the council quoting reference 391291.
On Monday 8 June a man was caught fly-tipping wastes in Vermont Street. Anyone with information to help identify this person should contact the council and quote reference 390464.
On Wednesday 3 June 2020, a man was caught dumping a trolley full of waste at a notorious fly-tipping hot spot, at the junction of Boulevard and Ena Street. Anyone who recognises him should contact the council, quoting reference 389909.
