The Stoneferry Corridor improvement project continues next week, with some changes to previously scheduled works.
Surfacing works to Chamberlain Roundabout, which were due to finish on Friday December 10, will now be completed by 6am on Wednesday 15 December. Arrangements for access to Lorraine Street during the closures will remain unaltered. Read our previous story here
From 7pm on Wednesday December 15, overnight resurfacing work will begin in Stoneferry Road and Ferry Lane.
Motorists should expect road closures in the following locations:
- Stoneferry Road northbound between Ann Watson Street and Bandstand Roundabout;
- Ferry Lane westbound from Stoneferry Road to the Stoneferry Bridges.
The work will take place on Wednesday 15 December and Thursday 16 December, from 7pm to 6am each night. Full details here
Resurfacing work to Stoneferry Road southbound and Ferry Lane Roundabout, which was due to start on Monday 13 December, has been delayed until next year.
