Tenancy Officer
Salary details: £30296 – £33024

The Area Housing Team have been going through a period of change over the last twelve months with functional services being introduced and a review of working practises being a priority. Although this role is for a generic Tenancy Officer the successful person will be placed in the Income Collection function initially covering the east of the city.
With a blended approach the successful candidate will take a balanced approach in support our resident sustains their tenancy but not at the expense of the rental income.
Head of Community Safety and Partnerships

We are looking for someone who can bring their own senior leadership experience, a personal touch and flair to a hugely fulfilling role that works and supports thousands of residents who contact us each year.
Whether this is through the work of the Neighbourhood Nuisance Service (also known as the ASB team) who support victims and intervene with and enforce against perpetrators of ASB; supporting victims of Domestic Abuse through the internal DAP team; supporting male perpetrators of Domestic Abuse to change their lives through the Strength to Change team; leading the Community Safety Partnership delivery team to ensure key objectives are met in relation to funding and delivering key projects in our communities.
This role is diverse and will require the successful postholder to gain or grow their knowledge of these fast-paced services.

Hull Youth Justice was rated good with outstanding features in 2021 by Her Majesty’s Inspectorate of Probation for effectively working in partnership with the Police, Probation, children’s social care and early help services, housing, substance misuse and addiction workers, victim services to name a few, promoting the best outcomes for children, families and the wider communities. Fixed Term for upto 12 months.
You will deal with complex situations, assess and manage high levels of risk and you will provide your expert opinions in relation to decision making on complex cases to improve outcomes for those children and families we serve.
Passenger Assistant (Casual)

Passenger Transport at Hull City Council are recruiting Casual Passenger Assistants due to ever increasing passenger numbers. Successful applicants will be required to travel and supervise our cliens on their journeys to and from Schools & colleges or adult day centres across the city.
Casual Passenger Assistants are required to work on an ‘as and when needed’ basis however due to increasing client numbers we have various routes and hours available at locations across the city. Working hours are generally arranged around school start and finish times but also around activities and specialist lessons throughout the day.
Early Years Portage Home Visitor

In this role you will be involved in survey, research, and analytical tasks across all planning issues, e.g. monitoring the effectiveness of the Local Plan, Area Plans and any other issues which assist to inform policy formulation. You will help to recommend choices and solutions on wide ranging matters affecting the long-term future of the city.
Depending on experience you will support or lead on the provision of quality, accurate and reliable reports resulting from analysis and research, including reports for committee and wider stakeholder engagement.
