The multimillion-pound Stoneferry improvement scheme continues over the next week with overnight resurfacing work in Stoneferry Road and Chamberlain Road.
- Until March 9, Stoneferry Road will be closed on weeknights (7pm to 6am) southbound between Bandstand Roundabout and Ferry Lane roundabout.
- On March 10, 11 and 14, Chamberlain Road will be closed overnight (7pm to 6am) from the Stoneferry Road roundabout to the entrance of Base Business Space.
Councillor Dean Kirk, Hull City Council’s portfolio holder for transportation, roads and highways, said: “The Stoneferry Corridor project is currently on course for completion in late spring, after which motorists, businesses and residents in the area will be able to enjoy the full benefits of a much-improved road network.”
