Learner Awards celebrates successful 2023 for HTAE

Hull Training and Adult Education (HTAE) hosted its annual Learner Awards as it celebrated another successful year.

In total, 19 awards were presented at the ceremony in the Guildhall, with winners ranging from adult learners, apprentices and employers.

As well as handing out awards, it was a chance to highlight how education and training can improve the economy and skills in the city.

Cllr Linda Tock, Hull City Council’s portfolio holder for Hull Training, said: “It was fantastic to see everyone connected to HTAE come together to celebrate yet another successful year.

“HTAE is an invaluable service which helps to secure a positive and sustainable future for Hull through decisive leadership and the development of inclusive partnerships and communities.

“It is only right that those who work so hard to make HTAE so efficient and are recognised.”
