Minsters and Cathedrals – A Lunchtime Talk With Jean Fenwick

Hull Minster, South Church Side, HU1 1RR, 3 Feb 2023, 10am – 12:30pm

Jean Fenwick talks about the religious and stylistic features which set Cathedrals and Minsters apart. The 45-minute lunchtime talk looks at ecclesiastical development and illustrates how modern Minsters are different to those of the past. 

Booking tickets in advance isn’t essential but is advised to secure your space on the talk.

Russell Kane: The Essex Variant!

The Ugly Duckling

The perfect opportunity for your little ones to enjoy live ballet, music and theatre for the first time this half-term. Ugly Duckling is lonely and ignored by those who think she is too ugly to fit in. She tries to make friends with fellow animals but is left sad and alone.

Follow the fairy-tale journey as she overcomes her troubles and realises that she was beautiful all along. 

Steve Steinman’s Vampire Rocks

Steve Steinman’s musical sensation that’s been rocking the nation for 20 years returns to Hull City Hall. Featuring an incredible cast of singers, dancers and musicians, this show will have you rocking in the aisle in a show like no other.

The concert features some of the greatest classic rock anthems, including Queen, AC/DC, Meat Loaf, Bon Jovi, and many more.
